FAQ

Level 1 charging uses a standard 10A power point and charges slowly (around 10–15km of range per hour). Level 2 uses a dedicated 32A circuit and a wall charger — typically delivering 40–50km of range per hour. Most EV owners find Level 2 much more practical for daily use.

Not always, but we'll assess your switchboard's current load and capacity before installation. If an upgrade is needed, we'll include it in the quote. Many modern switchboards can accommodate an EV charger without changes.
